Fredericton & Burton Courthouses

Message from the Department of Justice:

Power outages continue to exist in Fredericton which affect the Courthouses in Fredericton and Burton. All matters will be adjourned. Accused individuals scheduled to appear on a criminal matter are required to attend Court in Fredericton/Burton and sign a promise to return. Any urgent matters may be referred to the Court of Queen's Bench in Saint John. Any questions may be directed to: Natalie.LeBlanc@gnb.ca.
